RG 21\/06842, fully endorsed our position and overturned the first-instance judgment of a French court. As a result, we successfully defended our client against a claim by a major French bank for the return of a luxury vehicle, which he had previously acquired from an unauthorized possessor, and against their claim for substantial damages.<\/p><p>The Court of Appeal of Versailles ultimately adopted our position and applied German law to this dispute, affirming that our client had acquired the luxury vehicle in good faith.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"elementor_header_footer","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-20892","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
